The Academy promotes international cultural exchange through music, poetry and art.

The non-profit association, Academy for International Cultural Exchange (aik), founded in 1999 by Aylish Kerrigan, aims to promote understanding between different cultures through music, poetry, and art. We promote international exchange and support artists with performances, readings, and exhibitions.

To this end, we organize events and unique experiences for small groups: supporting contemporary music and art plays a central role in our interactions with artists and their diverse audiences. The receptions following the event provide opportunities for exchange among the artists and with the artists themselves.
